Au sein de la Commission V18A, un groupe de travail ad hoc a été constitué afin d'élaborer un document de référence sur les tolérances analytiques. Le travail s'est, dans un premier temps, limité aux principaux additifs nutritionnels suivants : - Vitamines: A, D3 et E ; - Oligo-éléments 1) : Fer, Cuivre, Manganèse, Zinc, Sélénium, Cobalt et Molybdène ; - Acides aminés libres : Lysine, Méthionine, Thréonine, Tryptophane et Autres ; - Urée.
