<p> La présente partie de l'SO 683 donne les prescriptions techniques de livraison s'appliquant à cinq groupes d'aciers corroyés pour roulements dont la liste figure au tableau 3, à savoir:a) aciers pour roulements trempés à coeur (aciers contenant environ 1 % de C et 1 % à 2 % de Cr);b) aciers de cémentation pour roulements,c) aciers pour trempe par induction (non alliés et alliés) pour roulements;d) aciers inoxydables pour roulements;e) aciers pour roulements résistant à chaud.Dans certains cas particuliers, des variations ou compléments par rapport à ces prescriptions techniques de livraison peuvent faire l'objet d'un accord au moment de l'appel d'offres et de la commande (voir annexe A).En plus de la présente partie de l'SO 683, les conditions générales techniques de livraison de l'ISO 404 s'appliquent. </p>
