Le présent document spécifie une méthode permettant de déterminer la concentration en masse de dioxyde de soufre. À la différence de la norme internationale ISO 7934, la méthode d'échantillonnage manuelle est complétée par une méthode d'analyse par chromatographie ionique. La méthode a été validée par des essais réalisés sur des concentrations comprises entre 6 mg/m3 et 333 mg/m3 avec des périodes d'échantillonnage de 30 min.
