Le présent document prescrit une méthode pour déterminer la teneur en phosphore dans l'éthanol, exprimée en masse d'orthophosphate, pour des teneurs comprises entre 0,15 mg/l et 1,50 mg/I, par spectrométrie au molybdate d'ammonium. La teneur en phosphore est déterminée en solution aqueuse après dissolution du résidu d'évaporation de l'échantillon d'éthanol.
