La présente norme fixe le mode opératoire à suivre pour déterminer les variations dimensionnelles d'une éprouvette immergée verticalement dans de l'eau froide (20 °C environ). Elle est applicable à tous les tissus mais en particulier aux bâches ou tissus en chanvre, lin, coton soumis à l'action de la pluie.
