Le présent Rapport technique fournit une méthode d'approbation du personnel chargé des essais non destructifs, en application des dispositions du point 3.1.3 de l'Annexe I de la Directive 97/23/CE. Les dispositions de l'orientation 6/13 sont détaillées ci-après afin de garantir une approche cohérente et un niveau de confiance élevé lors de l'approbation du personnel chargé des essais non destructifs par les entités tierces parties reconnues, grâce à une large adoption des critères et des processus d'approbation décrits. Un organigramme illustrant cette méthode est présenté dans l'Annexe A.
