La présente méthode permet de dénombrer et d'évaluer la viabilité des veufs d'helminthes présents dans les boues d'eaux résiduaires. Elle utilise trois phases successives de flottation après centrifugation d'une prise d'essai de boues d'eaux résiduaires urbaines en suspension homogénéisée dans une solution de sulfate de zinc.
