Dans la série des normes relatives aux instruments de mesurage dimensionnel, le présent document s'applique aux comparateurs à affichage numérique à tige rentrante radiale pour lesquels il décrit les caractéristiques à vérifier lors de la réception et de la vérification périodique. Il propose les limites maximales tolérées pour ces comparateurs. Il vient en complément à la NF EN ISO 13102 qui fixe les caractéristiques de conception et détermine les caractéristiques métrologiques des comparateurs à affichage numérique à tige rentrante (radiale). La situation du présent document dans la matrice GPS est donnée en Annexe B.
