Le présent fascicule de documentation présente la synthèse des connaissances actuelles dans le domaine du calcul des assemblages vissés; il a été élaboré, au sein de la commission "boulonnerie"- siégeant à l'UNM, par les plus grands spécialistes français parmi les fabricants, les grands utilisateurs et le CETIM. Il fournit au concepteur des éléments pour le choix et le calcul des différents composants d'un assemblage, en fonction des efforts auxquels il est soumis et des conditions de montage des éléments de fixation. Deux modes de calcul sont présentés : une méthode détaillée pour les assemblages optimisés, une méthode simplifiée pour les assemblages pour lesquels une optimisation ne se justifie pas, donnant directement des valeurs de couples à appliquer.
