Routine method for analysis of high alloy steel by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) by using a near by technique

Le présent document spécifie un mode opératoire qui permet d'améliorer les performances d'une méthode de routine SFRX déjà employée pour l'analyse des aciers fortement alliés, à l'aide d'une "méthode de correction". Cette "méthode de correction" requiert l'utilisation d'au moins un échantillon cible (de préférence, un MCR (matériau central de référence)) de composition similaire à celle de l'échantillon inconnu. La méthode s'applique à l'analyse d'échantillons en fonte en coquilles ou en acier forgé ayant un diamètre d'au moins 25 mm et une concentration en carbone inférieure à 0,3%. Il convient que les autres éléments aient une concentration inférieure à 0,2 %.
