Il fixe les valeurs caractéristiques des propriétés mécaniques correspondant au fractile à 5 % d''exclusion ainsi que les valeurs caractéristiques moyennes des propriétés physiques (à 50 % d''exclusion) des panneaux utilisés en structure.
