Le présent document spécifie les exigences des revêtements de sols en liège constitués d'un aggloméré de liège, livrés sous forme de dalles et destinés à être utilisés avec une finition en usine et/ou une finition in situ. Les revêtements de sols en liège peuvent être recouverts de couches de matériaux décoratifs complémentaires, par exemple, du liège décoratif ou un placage de bois, avec ou sans colorations. Le présent document inclut un système de classification en fonction de l'intensité d'utilisation, qui indique les cas où l'utilisation des dalles en liège est supposée s'avérer satisfaisante (voir la NF EN ISO 10874) . Il spécifie également les exigences relatives au marquage, à l'étiquetage et à l'emballage.
