Le présent document constitue la deuxième partie d'un ensemble de sept normes relatives aux joints pour brides en acier désignées Class. Il définit les dimensions, la conception, les types, la désignation, les matériaux et le marquage des joints spiralés pour utilisation avec des brides à faces de joints plates de type A ou surélevées de type B conformes à la norme NF EN 1759-1:2005, pour les désignations Class 150 à 1 500 pour les diamètres nominaux DN 15 à DN 600, et Class 2 500 pour les diamètres nominaux jusqu'à DN 300.
