La présente partie de l'EN 13146 prescrit une méthode d'essai en laboratoire permettant l'application de cycles répétitifs de déplacements, représentatifs des déplacements provoqués par les circulations sur une voie. Elle est utilisée pour l'estimation des performances à long terme des systèmes de fixation directs. La procédure est applicable aux rails montés de surface sur traverses, aux supports, aux voies sur dalle et aux voies ballastées. L'application de cette méthode d'essai est destinée à un ensemble de fixation complet.
