Le présent document détermine l'interface entre les ensembles mobiles et l'équipement de manceuvre, de blocage et de contrôle. Il définit les critères de bases des aiguillages et des coeurs à pointe mobile dans le respect de cette interface. Cela concerne les paramètres réglementaires et les tolérances, en fonction du choix des parties mobiles ainsi que les caractéristiques des forces appliquées aux parties mobiles. Le présent document donne les moyens de se conformer à la Directive 2008/57/CE relative à l'intéropérabilité du système ferroviaire au sein de la Communauté (voir Annexe ZA).
