Le présent document spécifie les exigences pour les tubes à paroi compacte, les raccords et le système, fabriqués à partir de poly(chlorure de vinyle) non plastifié (PVC-U), destinés à être utilisés pour les applications d'évacuation des eaux-vannes et des eaux usées (à basse et à haute température) à l'intérieur des bâtiments (code de zone d'application "B") ; et pour les applications d'évacuation des eaux-vannes et des eaux usées (à basse et à haute température) aussi bien à l'intérieur des bâtiments qu'en enterré dans la structure du bâtiment (code de zone d'application "BD"). Il est également applicable aux tubes en PVC-U, aux raccords et au système destinés à la ventilation du réseau de canalisation en association avec des applications d'évacuation des eaux-usées ou pour les canalisations pour les eaux pluviales à l'intérieur de la structure du bâtiment.
