Le présent document a pour objet de définir une procédure d'évaluation de la conception d'une roue monobloc laminée forgée de matériel ferroviaire (RST) . Cette évaluation est effectuée avant sa mise en service. Le présent document décrit en particulier l'évaluation à effectuer afin de pouvoir utiliser, sur un réseau européen, des roues dont les prescriptions de qualité sont de plus conformes à celles définies par la NF EN 13262.
