Le présent document a été élaboré dans le cadre d'un mandat donné au CEN par la Commission Européenne et l'Association Européenne de Libre Échange (Mandat M/343) pour l'appui des exigences de la Directive UE 2002/91/CE relative à la performance énergétique des bâtiments (DPEB). Il a été conçu pour établir des conventions et des méthodes destinées à estimer l'impact des systèmes d'automatisation de régulation et de gestion technique du bâtiment (GTB) sur la performance et les besoins énergétiques des bâtiments.
