Le présent document décrit le mode opératoire de détermination quantitative des concentrations en éléments majeurs et en éléments traces dans les sols, les matériaux de type sol et les déchets solides homogènes à l'aide de spectromètres de fluorescence X à dispersion d'énergie (EDXRF) ou de spectromètres de fluorescence X à dispersion de longueur d'onde (WDXRF), en utilisant un étalonnage réalisé avec des références internes à l'appareil.
