Le présent document spécifie les exigences et les méthodes d'essai, ainsi que la classification et le marquage des chaudières de chauffage central utilisant les combustibles gazeux et étant équipées de brûleurs atmosphériques, de brûleurs atmosphériques avec ventilateur ou de brûleurs à pré-mélange total, ci-après dénommées " chaudières ". Le présent document est à utiliser conjointement avec la NF EN 15502-1:2021. Le présent document s'applique à certaines chaudières de types C1 à C (11) , et des types B2, B3 et B5.
