Le présent document spécifie une méthode pour déterminer la teneur en aflatoxine B1 dans les aliments pour bébés par chromatographie liquide à haute performance (CLHP) avec purification sur colonne d'immuno-affinité et détection par fluorescence. La présente méthode a été validée lors d'une étude interlaboratoires par l'analyse d'échantillons naturellement contaminés et d'échantillons dopés, à des concentrations allant de 0,07 mg/kg à 0,18 mg/kg.
