Le présent document décrit deux méthodes représentatives pour la détermination de la quantité extractible d'amines aromatiques primaires (AAP) spécifiques dans un extrait aqueux d'échantillons de papier, carton et pâte par CLHP avec détection par SM/SM, qui diffèrent principalement par le choix des phases mobiles et stationnaires. D'autres méthodes s'écartant du présent document peuvent être applicables s'il peut être démontré qu'elles conduisent à des résultats comparables. Une validation doit être effectuée par chaque laboratoire.
