Le présent document définit les exigences relatives à la commande, à la fabrication, aux essais, au contrôle et à la livraison des produits corroyés en alliage d'aluminium destinés à la forge (produit par extrusion ou laminage à chaud) et des produits bruts de coulée destinés à la forge. Si appelé, il doit être appliqué conjointement avec la norme de matériaux EN, normalement lorsque le fabricant des produits destinés à la forge n'est pas le producteur des pièces de forge correspondantes.
