Le présent document définit une méthode de détermination de la contrainte à rupture et du module de Young en compression des stratifiés unidirectionnels de fibres de carbone/résine thermodurcissable. Cette méthode ne concerne que les éprouvettes dont l'axe est parallèle au sens des fibres. Cette méthode est applicable à d'autres fibres (ou tissus) que le carbone, quand cela est explicitement précisé dans la spécification technique du matériau.
