Le présent document spécifie les essais d'interopérabilité entre les noeuds de réseau satisfaisant aux exigences des Recommandations Q.711 à Q.714 de l'UIT-T, modifiées par l'ETS 300 009-1. Il peut s'appliquer aussi de façon facultative dans le cadre de réseaux nationaux et de mises en oeuvre selon des versions précédentes de l'ETS 300 009 et des Recommandations de l'UIT-T. Le présent document ne vise pas à restreindre les réseaux nationaux. Les essais qu'il décrit constituent une base pour les essais d'interopérabilité, et servent à assurer l'interfonctionnement des mises en oeuvre du sous-système commande de connexions sémaphores (SCCP).
