Cet amendement a été principalement élaboré pour intégrer les exigences applicables aux appareils de cuisson domestiques pouvant être commandés à distance. Outre les ajouts propres aux appareils pouvant être commandés à distance, cet amendement modifie la norme EN 30-1-4:2002 pour y intégrer d'une part les spécifications des amendements 2 et 3 à l'EN 30-1-1:1998 à laquelle elle fait référence et d'autre part les dispositions de l'EN 437:2003 relatives aux gaz d'essai.
