Les spécifications techniques relatives aux ports d'antennes et aux émissions à partir des ports de clôture ROMES ne sont pas inclut dans le présent document. De telles spécifications techniques se trouvent dans les normes appropriées pour l'usage effectif du spectre radio. Le présent document spécifie les conditions d'essai applicables, l'évaluation de la performance et les critères de performance pour ROMES et les équipements auxiliaires associés.
