Le présent document s'applique à une radiodiffusion numérique sol-air VDB utilisant une modulation par déplacement de phase différentielle à 8 états (ou D8PSK pour Differential Eight Phase Shift Keying) d'un système de renforcement au sol GBAS, destinée à des incréments de canal de 25 kHz. Le système de radiodiffusion VDB fournit une radiodiffusion de données depuis des systèmes au sol jusqu'à des systèmes d'aéronef, fonctionnant dans la bande VHF (108,000 MHz à 117,975 MHz).
