La présente norme spécifie les exigences et les méthodes d'essais relatives à la construction, la sécurité et l'utilisation rationnelle de l'énergie des chaudières de chauffage central de type B23, "standard" et "basse température", équipées d'un brûleur à air soufflé utilisant les combustibles gazeux. Ces chaudières sont constituées de l'assemblage d'un corps de chaudière et d'un brûleur à air soufflé réalisé sur le site de production du fabricant. Cet ensemble est conçu et mis sur le marché comme une chaudière complète.
