Les jouets utilisant l'électricité pour des fonctions secondaires sont compris dans le domaine d'application du présent document. Ce document entre dans le champ d'application de la Directive 88/378/CEE du 03/05/1988 concernant le rapprochement des législations des États membres relatives à la sécurité des jouets.
