Le présent amendement modifie les Articles 2, 5, 6, 7 et 8 ainsi que la bibliographie de la norme homologuée NF EN 50119 d'avril 2010. Il corrige certaines erreurs techniques et ajoute des clarifications. Les exigences relatives aux matériaux isolants ont également été complétées par les exigences mécaniques et en matière de surface. Le présent document entre dans le champ d'application de la Directive n° 2008/57/CE du 17 juin 2008 relative à l'interopérabilité du système ferroviaire transeuropéen.
