Le présent document s'applique aux stations radioélectriques terrestres locales et aux stations terminales fixes intégrées dans les systèmes de télécommunication sans fil, comme cela est défini à l'Article 4, et qui fonctionnent dans la gamme de fréquences de 110 MHz à 40 GHz. L'objectif de ce document est de spécifier, pour ces équipements, la méthode d'évaluation des distances de conformité en accord avec les restrictions de base (directement ou indirectement par l'intermédiaire de la conformité aux niveaux de référence) relatives à l'exposition humaine aux champs électromagnétiques à fréquences radio.
