Le matériel peut utiliser l'électricité, le gaz, le pétrole, des combustibles solides, l'énergie thermique solaire, etc. ou une combinaison de ceux-ci. Le présent document entre dans le champ d'application de la Directive Basse Tension n°2006/95/CE du 12/12/2006.
