Le présent document s'applique aux tourets à meuler semi-fixes et aux tourets à meuler combinés dont le diamètre de meule et le diamètre de brosse ne dépassent pas 200 mm, dont l'épaisseur est inférieure ou égale à 30 mm et dont la vitesse périphérique ne dépasse pas 50 m/s, comme défini aux paragraphes 2.101 et 2.108. Le présent document entre dans le champ d'application de la Directive " Machines " n° 2006/42/CE du 17/05/2006.
