Le présent document spécifie les exigences pour deux types de tuyaux et flexibles en caoutchouc à armature de fils métalliques en spirale dont les diamètres vont de 6,3 mm à 25 mm, destinés au transport des fluides hydrauliques usuels comme les huiles minérales, les huiles solubles, les émulsions d'huile et d'eau, les solutions aqueuses de glycol et l'eau dans une plage de températures allant de - 40 °C à + 100 °C.
