Elle est applicable à tous les éléments des installations à combustible diesel et à essence installées à demeure et à leurs réservoirs fixes, depuis l'orifice de remplissage jusqu'au point de raccordement au moteur de propulsion ou au moteur auxiliaire des petits navires de longueur de coque inférieure ou égale à 24 m, qu'ils soient à moteur intérieur ou extérieur.
