Le présent document s'applique pour la détermination des pressions et des contraintes de conception, et pour la détermination de l'échantillonnage, y compris les raidisseurs de la structure intérieure, des bateaux monocoques construits en plastique renforcé, en alliages d'aluminium et d'acier, en bois collé ou autres matériaux convenant à la construction des bateaux d'une longueur de coque (LH) de 2,5 m à 24 m, déterminée conformément à la NF EN ISO 8666. Il ne s'applique qu'aux bateaux à l'état intact.
