Le présent amendement, dont la préparation est citée dans l'avant-propos national de la norme homologuée NF EN ISO 15877-1 de mai 2009, introduit la possibilité d'utiliser les canalisations en PVC-C de Type 1 pour la classe d'application 4 associée à des pressions de service rD de 4 bars et 6 bars. Il complète le mode opératoire pour la vérification d'une température de dysfonctionnement, Tmal, de 100 °C, spécifiée pour la classe d'application 4.
