Le présent document modifie la norme NF EN ISO 5555:2001 en ajoutant une méthode d'échantillonnage pour citerne souple. Il s'agit d'un emballage de transport de plus en plus répandu pour les petits volumes de corps gras à haute valeur ajoutée. L'échantillonnage en citerne souple présente des difficultés particulières et l'ajout de ce paragraphe dans la NF EN ISO 5555 permettra de produire des échantillons représentatifs.
