Le présent document couvre les exigences techniques relatives aux émetteurs et récepteurs utilisés dans les stations des équipements radio CB (bande de fréquences publique) à modulation angulaire. Il s'applique au fonctionnement des équipements radio de la bande de fréquences publique à modulation angulaire (PR 27) dans tout ou partie de la bande de fréquences comprise entre 26 960 MHz et 27 410 MHz avec séparation des canaux de 10 kHz, et destinée au traitement analogique de la parole conformément à CEPT/ERC/Décision (98)11. Cela inclut, s'il y a lieu, la possibilité de transmission de données au sein du canal vocal.
