Le présent document décrit le complément de service Renvoi d'appel inconditionnel (CFU) sur un réseau numérique à intégration de services (RNIS), qui permet à un usager de faire renvoyer à un autre usager les appels qui sont adressés à son numéro RNIS. Le complément de service Renvoi d'appel inconditionnel peut fonctionner pour tous les appels, ou être simplement appliqué à des services de base spécifiques. La capacité de l'usager desservi à émettre des appels n'est pas affectée par le complément de service Renvoi d'appel inconditionnel.
