Le présent document décrit le complément de service Renvoi du terminal qui permet, sur un réseau numérique à intégration de services (MIS), à un usager de répondre à un appel entrant en demandant que cet appel soit redirigé sur un autre usager. Ce complément de service peut seulement être invoqué avant que la connexion ne soit établie par l'usager, c'est-à-dire en réponse à l'appel offert, ou pendant la période où l'usager est informé de la présence de l'appel. La capacité de l'usager à générer des appels n'est pas affectée par le complément de service Renvoi du terminal.
