La Norme internationale ISO 11056:1999 fournit une méthodologie permettant l'obtention d'estimations de grandeurs, rapportées à l'évaluation de la grandeur de propriétés sensorielles. Par rapport à l'ISO 11056:1999, modification du nombre de personnes requises dans l'article 7.3 "Jurys de consommateurs".
