La première partie de la présente norme spécifie une méthode de détermination de l'indice consistométrique Mooney des caoutchoucs à l'état brut ou en mélange, au moyen d'un consistomètre à disque de cisaillement. La seconde partie spécifie une méthode de détermination des caractéristiques de prévulcanisation des mélanges de caoutchouc, au moyen du même appareil.
