Cette norme établit un système de classification et la classification des tracteurs et matériels agricoles et forestiers. Le système de classification comprend au moins cinq chiffres, comme suit : - deux chiffres, ou plus, par groupe de matériels, - un chiffre par sous-groupe, - deux chiffres, ou plus, pour distinguer les subdivisions des sous-groupes et, individuellement, les machines.
