Le présent amendement fait partie d'une série de 5 normes donnant les tolérances des filetages métriques ISO pour usages généraux. Il corrige l'article 2 donnant les références normatives et l'article 5 sur les dimensions limites, de la norme homologuée NF ISO 965-2:1999. Il ajoute une nouvelle Annexe A, informative, donnant les diamètres intérieurs des filetages extérieurs utilisés par l'ISO/TC 2 pour calculer la zone de contrainte nominale.
