Le présent document spécifie les exigences relatives aux candélabres d'éclairage public en béton armé et en béton précontraint. Il inclut les matériaux et contrôles de conformité. Il s'applique aux candélabres ne dépassant pas 20 m de haut, pour les luminaires montés au sommet, et aux candélabres à crosses ne dépassant pas 18 m de haut, pour les luminaires à entrée latérale. Il spécifie les performances liées à l'exigence essentielle de résistance aux charges horizontales (dues au vent).
