Le présent document décrit les systèmes spécifiques à chaque gaz médical entre la tête de prise et l'embout du dispositif médical (i.e. système de prise rapide à crans) d'administration de gaz. La prise objet de la présente norme doit être conforme aux exigences de la norme NF EN ISO 9170-1. Il fixe également la fuite maximale admissible du raccordement et la résistance du montage. Enfin, le marquage correspondant à chaque gaz est précisé.
