Ces installations concernent les secteurs tels que : les secteurs interventionnels, opératoires (y compris post-interventionnel), de soins intensifs et réanimation, soins protégés, pharmacie, stérilisation, laboratoires. Il s'adresse aux acheteurs, utilisateurs, concepteurs et fournisseurs des installations de salles propres et environnements maîtrisés apparentés, des établissements de santé. Ces installations constituent des outils de maîtrise de la contamination de l'air à des niveaux appropriés à la conduite d'activité sensibles à la contamination.
