Le présent document décrit la manière de procéder pour évaluer la compatibilité en mélange de deux graisses. La compatibilité est évaluée par la comparaison des propriétés du mélange par rapport à celles des deux graisses prises individuellement. Le protocole comprend une première série d'essais préliminaires et une deuxième série d'essais facultatifs. Cette deuxième série d'essais peut être effectuée dans le cas d'applications spécifiques pouvant nécessiter la connaissance de propriétés additionnelles du mélange.
